We don’t recommend you swim or shower in your wig. Your wig can be damaged from tangling and matting, as well as chemicals from pools which can break-down wig fibres. These things will lessen the lifespan of your wig and void any warranties. We recommend a shower cap or swimming cap to protect your scalp. We don’t recommend sleeping in your wig. Your wig can be damaged from tangling and matting, which can break-down wig fibres. Please try a soft cap for sleeping in our Accessories product range.
Your wig can be cut and styled. We recommend you make an appointment if you want to re-style your wig. If one of our wigs purchased is not styled by a professional wig stylist you will void your warranty.
All the Jon Reneau wigs come pre-styled. Custom-wigs are styled as part of the wig purchase price.
Yes! For sweaty heads we recommend wearing a wig cap to wick away the moisture and reduce irritation from sweat. You can get one from the Accessories section on our store.
When you aren’t wearing your wig please use a wig stand, head block, or mannequin for storing your wig. A wig stand is a great option to use after you have washed your wig so it has a place to dry on. You can also use a velvet bag to store your wig when you are travelling. You can get these products on the store in Accessories.
