Must apply before purchasing – no retrospective claiming.
Your application must include;
A quote for your chosen wig from your wig provider.
A confirmation of diagnosis letter from you doctor.
The Children’s Charity
Amount granted up to $6000.00
Available to persons 4-18 years old diagnosed with any form of alopecia.
Grant will cover synthetic or human hair.
Must apply before purchasing no retrospective claiming.
Household income must be under $200,000.
Approval of grant can take up to 6 weeks.
Your application must include;
A quote for your chosen wig from your wig provider.
A confirmation of diagnosis letter from your doctor.
