- Measure your head and:
- Cut hair samples for our suppliers to calibrate for wig production, or
- Discuss and try Topper or Wig suggested by your specialist.
- Contact you when your custom wig is ready for pickup
- Customisation (custom colours attract an additional fee)
- At Pickup, 1-hour wig fitting includes:
- Cut
- Style
- Work through fitting putting your wig/topper on yourself
- Wig/Topper Care tips
- Take-home includes a wig starter kit.
- 1 free follow-up appointment within the first month of wig purchase offered for final adjustments & wig wash

What to expect from your online consultation
- 30 minutes consultation (Web chat/Facebook Messenger video, or Skype)
- You will need:
- Dressmaker tape (to measure head)
- Photo(s) of ideal wig
- Pen/paper
- Quiet room with good lighting
- Discuss your expectations including:
- Colour
- Cut
- Style
- We will:
- Direct you to an online product to fit your needs, or
- Create a custom piece from consultation requirements.
- Contact you when your wig is ready for delivery.
- Delivery includes:
- Wig
- “starter kit” – comb, velour head band, sample oil, sample shampoo, sample conditioner
- Visit our YouTube channel for post-purchase hair care
